My transformation journey: How I Went From Fat to Fit
Entering into a fitness journey is often described as a challenging and rewarding experience. My personal transformation is from 120kg to 75 kg in the course of seven months has parhaps been the best achivement of my life. Here's how i managed to pull this remarkable transformations and what I learned along the journey.
1. CREATING THE FOUNDATION: GOALS AND MINDSET
The first step of my journey was setting a clear acheivable goal as i clearly knew that loosing 45Kg in 7 months is ambitious. Therefore rather than going all at once i set myself to small gaols and treating myself for every completion of the goal. This surely kept me motivated all along the journey, also, I knew that this wasn't just about sheeding weight but more about transforming my overall health and well-being. I know it is not possible for a person to stay motivated all along the journey, so whenever i felt low i used to remember all the bullying i faced in my school lifeand also used to watch some fitness motivaters videos on youtuibeand surely the support form my parents kept me all motivated along this wonderfull journey.
2. CRAFTING A BALLENCED DIET.
Creating a balanced diet is the most crucial step for an health weightloss. Firstly i started tracing my food cycle and most importantly did not plan my diet by taking advices from random youtube videos which most of the people do and get sick and fail to achieve their desired goal. I consulted to a propers dietitian/nutitionist to plan my diet and wether my body is capable to withstand this hardship of weightloss. A general concept people may follow which i did also is to keep the colorie count. i gradually incorporated myself into havimg vegetables which i hated since the childhood.
3. EMBARKING REGULAR EXCERCIS.
Exercise was another conerstone of my transformation. Again advicing to consult to the gym trainer about the course of excercise you're going to take. I began with mix of cardio amd strength training, starting with exercises that i felt comfortable doing. Overtime, i increased the intensity and variety of my workouts.cardio helped with my calorie burning, while strength traning build muscle, which boosted my metabolism. consistency was the key;even on days when i lacked motivation i pused my self to complete my workouts
4. PRIORITIZING REST AND RECOVERY
Rest and recory were also played a very crucial role in this wholesome journey. I made sure I get enough sleep. and these allowed my body to repair and grow stronger, prventing burnouts and reducing the risk of injury. lastly on my rest and cheatdays i used to celebrate reward myself with the food i liked for every completion of goals.
To conclude my journey grom 120kg to 75kg is seven months was very hard but incredibly rewarding. It required dedication hardwork,and a will to change. Trust me after and during the change you will feel 1000 times more confidence and will also make you feel like a completly different person. I don't have six packs abs but i can unhesitatingly call myself as fit. Remember, every step,no matter how small brings you closer to your goals . Stay focused, stay commited, and celebrate your progress along ways. i hope my story inspires others to take charge of their health and embarkk on their own transformation journey.
