Sometimes we can over connect with song because of its lyrics. A lot of songwriter’s priorities to their lyrics while writing a song. They try to give massage through their music. Listeners can relate their personal life or some certain stories of there life with the lyric. A lot of songwriters put inspiring messages in their songs which gives so much energy to the listener. We get reason to heal our mind and mood by those messages.
Not all music effect everyone. As an example, classical music composed by artists like Mozart and Beethoven is often used to calm the mind and improve the focus. This is sometimes referred to as the “Mozart effect” where classical music is believed to enhance cognitive performance. On the other hand, genres like rock or upbeat pop may invigorate and energize, making them ideal for combating lethargy or low mood.
